Replace HVAC, W-143 Warehouse

The scope of the project includes all work required to accomplish the following: remove the existing split Air Conditioning (A/C) system, (4 each) from the communication room on first floor (warehouse). Provide (4 each) new 3.5 ton ductless A/C systems with 15 SEER rating on matching condensing units with variable capacity. Provide new 200 amp panel to serve units. Connect one A/C system to existing panel with emergency powers. Provide junction box/transfer switch from new panel to existing panel for transfer of one A/C system to emergency power of existing panel in case of power failure resulting in two A/C systems being on emergency power.
